About the event
We are delighted to welcome back violinist Karolina Csáthy to step in and open our Autumn Series of Music at St Paul's. A rising talent on the UK classical music scene, Karolina has appeared at prestigious venues including Cadogan Hall, St Martin-in-the-Fields, Budapest Music Center and Switzerland's Andermatt Concert Hall.
Recent highlights include performances of Mozart's Third Violin Concerto, Vaughan Williams' The Lark Ascending and Maria Antal's Kron-Alias Violin Concerto and Bruch's Violin Concerto No. 1 with several UK orchestras, and Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto in E minor with the Solti Chamber Orchestra in Budapest
A sought-after orchestral leader and soloist, Karolina regularly performs with ensembles across the UK and Hungary. She is currently studying with Lutsia Ibragimova at the Royal College of Music and has participated in masterclasses with renowned violinists including Maxim Vengerov and Elizabeth Wallfisch.
